Kooglam is the brainchild of Katy Notley, a passionate make-up artist based in Cornwall. Katy is a retired performer who began working as a makeup artist between theatre jobs in Covent Garden where she fell in love with the beauty world. She has worked as makeup artist for countless events across the city including BBC's hair bridal runway final, wedding fares and getting guests red carpet ready for the Brit Awards. Since moving back to Cornwall, Katy has worked with beautiful brides on their special day and glammed up wedding, festival and prom goers. 

With her talent and expertise, Katy has created mesmerizing looks for countless clients, truly transforming their beauty. She believes that make-up is not just about outward appearances but also about boosting self-confidence and enhancing your natural features. With attention to detail and a deep understanding of each client's unique needs, Katy creates personalised make up looks that leave a lasting impression.
